What does NRLA membership include?
Last verified 23 October 2026
NRLA landlord membership, from £125 a year, includes an advice line staffed six days a week, more than 130 documents and guides, discounted training and accreditation courses, events and webinars, campaigning, a tax investigation insurance service, a property magazine and NRLA Portfolio software.
The NRLA says it has over 110,000 members. Business membership, from £250 a year, covers up to four users and adds business support. These details are from the NRLA's join page, checked on 23 October 2026.
Membership does not include Making Tax Digital submissions on its own: those are listed on PortfolioPro, an £11 a month add-on for members. Whether membership is worth it depends on how much you use the advice line and documents. Our guide to landlord associations compares the NRLA with the Scottish Association of Landlords and regional bodies.
