A Fixflo alternative for letting agents
Fixflo is repairs and maintenance software used by a lot of UK letting agents. If you are weighing it against Voxa Estate, here is what each does, where they differ and what we do not do yet. Every statement about Fixflo links to Fixflo's own site.

What Fixflo does
Fixflo describes itself as specialist property repairs and maintenance software. Tenants report a repair in the agency's own Fixflo portal, with photos and a choice of more than 40 languages.
Fixflo's AI repairs assistant, Aidenn, came with the purchase of Help me Fix by Fixflo's parent company, Aareon.
Fixflo also offers a Contractor Marketplace, planned maintenance with reminders of required checks, and integrations with systems including Alto, Arthur and Reapit.
What Voxa Estate does
Tenants report repairs on WhatsApp. Alex triages each report into a job in your inbox and asks your own contractors first, by text message and email.
Nothing is booked unless a person approves it, or a rule your team has set allows it. A quote over a landlord's spend limit goes to the landlord to accept or decline, from their portal or an emailed link.
Each property's compliance status sits in the same place, and recorded certificates and closed jobs are sealed into its record: hash-chained and externally timestamped.
What Fixflo does that Voxa Estate does not do yet
- A branded web portal for tenants in more than 40 languages, with video calls for emergencies.
- A contractor marketplace and a contractor mobile app.
- Planned maintenance that instructs contractors for recurring checks such as gas safety and EICRs.
- Live connections to property management systems. Voxa Estate imports CSV and Excel files for now.
Moving from Fixflo
Fixflo lets you export lists such as properties, landlords and contractors as CSV files.
Voxa Estate imports properties, tenancies, contractors and landlord clients from CSV or Excel files. It suggests how the columns match, you check the mapping on a preview, and nothing is saved until you confirm.
A confirmed import can be rolled back within 72 hours, as long as no document has been recorded on an imported property since.
Pricing

Voxa Estate is £5 per unit per month with a 60-unit minimum, so £300 a month at the least. Team seats and landlord client portals are included.

Questions agencies ask
Is Voxa Estate a Fixflo replacement?
It covers the same core job in a different way: tenants report on WhatsApp, Alex runs the repair with your own contractors, and closed jobs are sealed into the property's record. It does not have Fixflo's tenant web portal, contractor marketplace or live system connections.
Can we bring our data across from Fixflo?
Yes, from CSV. Fixflo exports lists such as properties, landlords and contractors as CSV, and Voxa Estate imports CSV or Excel files with a column mapping you check before anything is saved.
How does the price compare?
